Join our growing team of live goods retail merchandisers in the Central CT area!  This position offers an opportunity to work creatively with live plants outdoors during the Spring through Fall seasons in an exciting retail environment.

Details & Requirements:

• Merchandise plants and maintain quality by creating product displays, watering plants, & interfacing with customers.
• Communicate and collaborate with store personnel and other merchandisers in order to optimize shopping experience for customers
• Be able to work independently and take ownership of your retail space while also being part of a larger team
• Physical activity is a part of this role: have the ability to push and pull carts, hang baskets, move & unload plant material
• Smartphone & Transportation required
• Flexible hours, competitive pay, and performance-based bonuses
• Availability to work on weekends is a big plus
